I decided to call and much to my surprise someone answered the phone. She was very helpful and polite, and scheduled for a technician to come out first thing in the morning. Bryan is always on time, courteous, and thorough. He explains what work needs to be done and a cost estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable in getting my AC back up and working after I completely re-did my crawlspace. The AC evaporator coil was draining in the crawlspace, which was the cause of mold and mildew. He corrected this in a timely and cost effective manner. Job well done.

My old air conditioning unit was 17 years old and finally decided to take a permanent vacation. I found Air Works Heating & Air on the internet. After some research on the BBB and other references, I gave them a call on a Sunday morning (this was in August on one of those Carolina hot and steamy days, and the temperature in my house was rising quick!). Airworks was at my house in an hour, inspected the current system, found the issue, and then gave me three different options (purchase a new compressor, fix what is wrong with the current compressor, or replace the whole unit). With all the information of the pros and cons of each choice I was given, I chose to replace the whole unit since it was so old, and couldn't be happier with the new unit. I give much thanks to Jason! He had my new unit up and running in no time, and even looked at all my ducts, how to adjust the airflow, and even crawled up into the house attic to fix one of the duct dampers where not much air was coming out of the vent in one of the upstairs rooms. Thanks again to Jason and Air Works for the prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service!!!

I employed the services of Air Works Heating & Air to replace the hvac system at my lake property and was impressed with their professional and knowlegeable expertise in the business. Not only did they install the service but also went a step beyond and found where the previous installer had not properly connected duct work that was allowing my prior system to heat and cool my crawlspace area at a huge energy loss. After the installation and repair of the duct work we noticed an immediate savings in energy costs both from the system and repair work. We recently purchased a new home in addition to our lake property and employed Air Works to inspect the system and provide services for preventative maintenance on both properties. Technicians entered both properties to work only after covering their work shoes with protective boot covers so as not to damage the hardwood floors or carpeted areas. Their attention to detail, sound quality work, and respect for property sets them above and beyond the other service vendors in this field.
